Proces rekrutacyjny jest krótki oraz przejrzysty, jasny na każdym kroku. Podczas pierwszego etapu uzyskałem większość odpowiedzi na pytania, również te bardziej techniczne, dotyczące bezpośrednio pracy na ww.. stanowisku. Podczas rozmowy technicznej atmosfera była luźna co spowodowało obniżenie poziomu stresu za co dziękuję. Wstępny feedback otrzymałem od razu pod koniec rozmowy co również jest oznaką profesjonalizmu.

Mega plus za to że Pani rekruterka na początku powiedziała jakie są przewidywane widełka na to stanowisko. Bez zbędnych pytań na koniec “a ile chcesz zarabiać” i pozniej wielkie oczy rekruterów i “odezwiemy się”, bez zbędnych głupich pytań w stylu “a gdzie się widzisz za 5lat” - jeśli tak wygląda vibe całej firmy to mam nadzieję dostanę ten job <3
