We're looking for an experienced Contracts & Negotiations Manager to take full ownership of all contract negotiation aspects across various departments within our company. If you're someone who's sharp, assertive, and thrives on closing deals – let's talk.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and finalizing contract negotiations with key business partners, vendors, clients, and other parties, regardless of the business area (e.g., marketing, operations, technology).
Applying a creative and individualized approach to each negotiation, moving beyond standard guidelines to develop and propose innovative concepts that secure the best possible conditions for the organization.
Thoroughly analyzing and reviewing draft agreements to maximize value and optimize terms for our business interests.
Representing the company during negotiation discussions, focusing on building lasting and productive relationships.
Identifying potential risks and opportunities within negotiated contracts and proposing effective solutions.
Collaborating closely with internal departments (Legal, Marketing, Operations) to gather their specific needs and requirements for contract terms, ensuring all negotiated agreements fully support departmental goals and overall company strategy.
Skillfully presenting and convincing the other party of your initiatives and proposed concepts.

Possess excellent negotiation skills – you know when to push and how to land a win-win.
Experience in contract negotiation or a similar role where negotiation skills were important.
Are fluent in both Polish and English – you're confident in high-stakes conversations in both languages.
Are highly organized and follow through on agreements with precision.

Experience in negotiating sport partnerships contracts.
